The lace peplum blouse is inspired by romantic Victorian styles. Woven from black cotton guipure lace, it's trimmed with ruffles along the front and peplum hem and turns to reveal an open back framed by adjustable ties. It will look great with jeans, tailoring and floaty midi skirts alike.
